- 01A government‑issued ID is required for all notarizations and healthcare planning appointments.
- 02Please have your Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, or other forms printed and reviewed before your appointment. If you need help locating the correct forms, let us know.
- 03Connecticut law requires all Power of Attorney documents to be signed: In the presence of two adult witnesses, and Notarized Witnesses must be 18 or older and cannot be the agent named in the document. If you need help coordinating witnesses, please notify us in advance so we can assist.
- 04Please ensure you have: A quiet, well‑lit space A stable internet connection Your ID available to show on camera All documents accessible on your device
- 05If meeting at your home or another location, please have a clean, flat surface available for signing.
- 06Payment is due at the time of booking. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to complete payment through Business PayPal.
